Significator: Reflects the situation, inner and outer, you're in at present.
Queen of Cups: Deep, unknowable, paradoxical world of feeling in yourself.  Emergence of deep feelings and fantasies which have been previously hidden away from awareness.  Feminine, mysterious, hypnotic, beautiful.

Crossing Card: Describes the situation which is generating conflict and obstruction in the immediate present, blockage in life.  Not necessarily negative.
Knight of Pentacles: The dimension of personality which is firmly rooted in the ordinary tasks of living.  Industrious, humble, hard-working, lacking imagination but reliable and gentle.

Crowning Card: Describes the atmosphere/situation which hangs over you in immediate present.  What is on the surface and immediately apparent.
Queen of Wands: Qualities of warmth, constancy, loyalty and creative sustaining of a vision.  Imaginative and magnetic, full of warmth and life.

Base of Matter: Describes the inner and outer situation, drive, instinct or aspiration which is really behind the apparent surface situation (Crowning Card), the root of the psyche.
Queen of Pentacles: Full expression of your sensuality, value of the physical body and the importance of these pleasures.  Self-sufficient, hardworking yet passionate, generous, willing to indulge, etc.  (I do not understand this one...)

Past Influences: Inner and outer situation which is now passing out of your life.  Was important in the past, let go of this for future development.
The Lovers: A choice, usually in love.  Could be between two lovers, marriage, or between love or career.  Implies the necessity of looking carefully at implications of choices rather than being driven blindly.

Future Influences: Inner and outer situation about to manifest in your life.  not a future outcome, but a description of the currents at work in the immediate future.
Queen of Swords: Time to meet the dimension of yourself which clings unswaying to an immovable faith in high ideals.  Ideals may be noble and lofty and will help to improve consciousness and the quality of life, but at the same time you may also reject life, this being the defence against a fear of being human and getting hurt.  You may create problems demanding the same perfection from others.  Aloof, strong, idealistic.

Where One Finds Oneself: Future extension of the Significator.  Attitude or inner state of affairs where you'll soon be.  What will unfold and what needs to be developed.
Four of Cups: Discontented feelings and emotional dissatisfaction for no apparent reason, mean and petty suspicion; doubts of another.  You'll be unsatisfied, bored and depressed within a relationship, and will feel let down or cheated.  This could lead to longstanding unexpressed resentment, or looking more deeply into the relationship, which will lead to better things.

Views of Others: Image which those around you hold of your situation and yourself.  What kind of response to your situation you can expect from others, also what you've been doing unconsciously to project such an image. May tell you why others do not react the way you want them to.
Two of Pentacles:  A change or fluctuation in material fortunes.  A flow of creative energy into many projects.  You need to put energy into things to get anything out of them.

Hopes and Fears:  What you presently hope and fear... duh.
Three of Pentacles:  Initial success, future failure.  A failing as a result of a character flaw, or the inability to know your limits.

Final Outcome: Natural outgrowth of whatever your going through at the moment.  Not long term final, may last a period of about 6 months.
Ten of Swords:  An ending.  Represents the proper and inevitable completion of a process.  Some deep seated problem forced to the surface and something must ultimately leave your life, a seperation which will be painful and difficult.  Once the crisis is over, you'll get over your disillusionment/disappointment and see it for what it is - victory.  In short: The final ending of a difficult situation.  May be painful, but at last faced truthfully, and a new brighter future can begin.
